  1. Eligibility: You may return or exchange any product purchased from Meryarts within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@meryarts.com. Our team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Returns for Handmade Bags

  1. Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made bags are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the case of damage or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom order.

Returns for T-Shirts, Mugs, and Keychains

  1. Apparel Sizing: Before purchasing our t-shirts, please consult our sizing guide to ensure a proper fit. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Refunds and Processing

  1. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that is not fully resalable or if it is missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  3. Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as online store credit.

Damaged or Defective Products
